Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (alongside III and San Andreas) is still available for digital purchase as part of the original Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy on the Rockstar Games Store for their Launcher, but with that price (ten bucks a pop) I don’t think it’s worth it unless you desperately need a digital copy and/or you enjoy the game enough and have money to spare.

The old animations for attacking and such remain the same, which in our opinion is fantastic as you get a more modernized experience whilst keeping the quirky nature of the game which made it so great in the first place. 10/10 for experience!
